Arugula is a very low sodium salad green with a peppery, mustard like flavor. It is featured here with apple and turnip, a tasty combination. 2 firmly packed cups arugula, washed and dried Dressing 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Prep. Instructions 1. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add turnip slices. Mix to combine. Place bowl in refrigerator; let marinate for 1 hour. Cooking Instructions 1. Place arugula in a bowl with apple slices. Gently mix to combine. 2. Add dressing and turnip slices. Mix to combine. Serve. |
