In this version of low sodium arugula salad, the peppery arugula compliments the mild green leaf lettuce, while the crunchy nuts and tangy vinegar dressing make it a delicious treat. 1 cup firmly packed arugula leaves Cooking Instructions 1. Wash and dry the arugula and lettuce leaves. Place in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with almonds. 2. Combine oil with the next three ingredients. Pour over the salad mixture. Mix well. Serve. |
