Taco meat with Spaghetti Sauce

One cup of pizza sauce can be used in place of the 1 cup of spaghetti sauce for an equally delicious low sodium meal when meat spaghetti is on your menu.

2 servings: 203 mg. sodium per serving

1 cup taco meat
1 cup spaghetti sauce
3 ounces spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions, omitting salt

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine the taco meat and spaghetti sauce in a saucepan. Heat through.

2. Serve over cooked noodles.
