Fruit smoothies are a natural for a healthy low sodium drink. They are full of vitamins, minerals and fiber. If you desire a thinner smoothie, add milk to taste and adjust the sodium content accordingly. 1 frozen banana, cut into 1/2 inch pieces Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor. Blend until very smooth. Serve. |
