1/2 cup all purpose flour Prep. Instructions 1. Sift flour, sugar and cinnamon into a bowl. Using a fork, work butter or margarine into flour mixture until crumbly. Cooking Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Peel and core apples. Slice apples into the baking dish. Cover evenly with flour mixture. 3. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until apples are tender and the top is lightly browned. Serve hot, or cool and refrigerate to serve cold.
